The Bihar State Board has a new marking pattern for the exam. As per the new pattern, every subject (which includes the languages) will have fifty percent objective questions and remaining non–objective (ie. theory) questions. The theory questions include short and long questions. The Bihar Matric Exam 2020 has a total of seven papers of 100 marks each. The Science and Social Science papers are further divided into 80 marks for theory and 20 marks for practical.
