M.Tech Students of IIT, Indore appear for Open Book Exams Online

Open book examinations have been started and written by 255 IIT Indore students in the M.Tech program. As per the information given by the spokesperson of IIT Indore Sunil Kumar, “These exams were written from their homes.” Further, he also said that it is happening for the first time that the IIT Indore has scheduled the open book exams from their home. The online open-book exams of the Indian Institute of Technology Indore will be concluded on July 6, 2020. These final year’s 255 students have also been hired by some reputed companies.

These are the same students who left the institute during the outbreak of the Coronavirus in the country and they are still not returned. As per the information provided by the director of the IIM Indore that the online classes are also being held of such students through online mode under the surveillance of webcams to judge the activities of the students. Thus he also added that we are keeping an eye on every student when he is writing the paper.
